The Pro Medicus RIS communicates directly with Agfa's Impax DS3000 [radiologist workstation] without the need for any 'middleware'. Our unique synchronisation enables Pro Medicus screens to update according to examinations being viewed on the DS3000, and conversely, DS3000 examinations to update according to reports accessed in the Pro Medicus RIS.

In the Pro Medicus RIS:

• Lists of patients' previous reports are displayed, highlighting the one relating to the image
• Reports with corresponding DS3000 images have a button to display them on DS3000 screens

From DS3000 screens:

• Read current examination, report and invoice
• View previous examination images
• View previous reports
