Referring Doctor Statistics Graphs
This feature enables an instant "snapshot" of your referral statistics in graphical format. It can display total items, billing value, individual doctors, groups, location, practice(s) item numbers (diagnostic test) etc. against each other to give you the analysis you want. For example, you may wish to view all MRIs and CTs referred by orthopaedic surgeons, broken down by postcode.

Yearly Comparison Graphs
These give you the ability to compare statistics year to year. All the variables of the referring doctor statistics are available in yearly comparison graphs.

Referring Doctor Ranking Reports
These reports can display your best referrers by number of tests, billing value, item numbers etc. They can be site specific, or across a whole group, and may be limited in number, for example, the top or bottom twenty referrers.

Exception Reporting
Exception reports show referrers whose referral patterns have changed by a specific percentage. This provides you with at-a-glance information about whether referrers are meeting or exceeding your forecasts.

Comparison Reporting
This report compares current monthly statistics against averages of a previous period for a referrer or referrer group. The statistics may be broken down into specific diagnostic test.

Data Export
As a feature of MIS, all relevant data from the Practice Management System are collated and stored, ready for export into any number of applications. For example these data sets can be imported into a separate database or spreadsheet for queries specific to your practice. Users may also import these data sets into a contact manager for their referrer base.
