Mel Ward is currently a director of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Pty
Ltd, National Mutual Life, Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd, Lucent Technologies
Australia Pty Ltd and Insurance Manufacturers of Australia Pty Ltd.
Until February 1992, he was Managing Director of Telecom Australia
and Chairman Telecom Australia (International) Limited. Mr Ward
has spent twenty-seven years in the telecommunications industry,
working in both technical and commercial areas of Telecom Australia.
Mr Ward was an active member of the Business Council of Australia
and also a founding member of the Council of the Australian Coalition
of Service Industries. He is currently Chairman of The Australian
Ballet. Age 58.

Dr Sam Hupert

Dr Sam Hupert is the co-founder and Managing Director of Pro Medicus.
He has over eighteen years' experience in the medical IT industry.
After graduating from Monash University Medical School in 1978 he
completed his residency at PANCH hospital before commencing in General
Practice in 1980. Realising the significant potential for computers
in medicine he co-founded Pro Medicus with Anthony Hall in 1983.
By late 1984 he left General Practice to devote himself full time
to managing Pro Medicus. Age 45.

Anthony Hall

DIRECTOR AND TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR
Anthony Hall is co-founder and Technical Director of Pro Medicus.
He has over twenty-five years experience in the IT industry of which
the last eighteen have been in medical IT.
Mr Hall graduated from Latrobe University in chemical physics. He
won the Australian Computer Society Award for most promising Computer
Science student of his year of graduation and continued studies
at Latrobe gaining a masters degree. He left academia to join a
number of R&D projects as a computer scientist.
Since forming Pro Medicus he has been principal architect and developer
of the Pro Medicus core software systems. His current role is to
oversee all product development and plan the future technical direction
of Pro Medicus. Age 45.

Dr Peter David Jonson

CHAIRMAN
Dr Peter Jonson is Chairman of QTEN Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Academy
of Social Sciences in Australia and Chairman of the Melbourne Institute.
Dr Jonson joined the Reserve Bank of Australia in 1972 and became
Head of Research in 1981.
In 1988 he joined James Capel Australia Ltd as Deputy Managing Director
and Head of Research. From 1990 to 1997 Dr Jonson worked at Norwich
Union Financial Services Ltd as Finance Director and later as Group
Managing Director. From 1997 to 1999 he was with ANZ Funds Management
as Managing Director and then Chairman. Age 54.

Gregory Molyneux

Philip Molyneux is a director of Equity Trustees Limited and Chairman
of Anadis Limited. He is also Chairman of Sedgwick Superannuation
Pty Ltd and a Director of the Centre for Eye Research Australia
Limited, Australian National Academy of Music and Corps of Commissionaires
(Victoria) Ltd.
Mr Molyneux was a tax partner at Ernst & Young from 1980 to
1996 and has over 30 years' experience in chartered accounting.
Age 56.

Geoffrey Holden

Geoffrey Holden has over 30 years of business experience, the past
10 of which have been spent in the medical field. He started his
career in 1969 with an antecedent firm of Touche Ross & Co.
Chartered Accountants.
After leaving Touche in 1979 he worked in a number of senior roles
such as Group Management Accountant for a major division of Pacific
Dunlop and was Financial Controller and Company Secretary for an
offshore Company in the same division.
In 1989 Mr. Holden assumed the role of Manager Finance and Administration
for Victorian Imaging Group, a major customer of Pro Medicus. He
joined Pro Medicus in September 1999. Age 52.

Danny Tauber

OPERATING OFFICER
After graduating in 1986 Danny Tauber started his career with chartered
accountants Warnocks gaining experience in taxation and general
accounting. He then started his own property development company
and spent a number of years gaining project management and general
finance skills.
An interest in IT led Danny into the computer industry providing
pre sales support, installation, project management and training
for a company producing hotel management systems. He joined Pro
Medicus in 1993 and has progressed through the company to his current
position of Chief Operating Officer.
He is additionally the principal network architect and oversees
the technical support department. Age 34.
