Promedicus.net Secure Email Clients

The Promedicus.net secure Email Client requires PCs to have Java Virtual Machine (JVM) 1.2 or greater and Mac OS to have Mac Runtime for Java (MRJ) 2.2 or above.

To determine if you have a JVM version on a PC search for both "java.exe" and "jre.exe". Using a command prompt (DOS). Type "java -version" in the directory java.exe or jre.exe is located (eg. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32). This will display the version of JVM.

Note: if you have Windows ME we suggest downloading the Client with JVM to ensure propper installation.

For MacOS open the window "Macintosh_HD\Apple Extras\Mac OS Runtime for Java" the "about" file displays the version of MRJ.
