Pro Medicus Denies Infringement

- Will Vigorously Defend HCN Claims

In response to a statement issued by Health Communication Network (HCN) today, the Board of leading medical IT and e-health company Pro Medicus Limited (ASX:PME) wishes to inform the market that it commenced proceedings against HCN on June 17 seeking a declaration that HCN's threat of copyright infringement proceedings was unjustifiable.

HCN has announced today that it has commenced proceedings against PME claiming that Promed Clinical infringes its copyright in Medical Director.

Pro Medicus will defend these proceedings vigorously.
