Public Sector Digital Radiology Deal on Track

Australia's leading medical IT and e-health provider Pro Medicus Limited (ASX:PME) announced in late December that it had won a tender to supply its full suite of digital radiology integration products to a major public sector project.

Implementation of the project, which will generate approximately $1 million to Pro Medicus over the next 2 years, is on schedule and will be completed in the current financial year. Pro Medicus expects to book the majority of the revenue from the project in its 2003/2004 accounts.

Due to confidentiality considerations associated with other parties to the project, full details have not been able to be disclosed to date. A comprehensive announcement is expected to be made in the near future.
